It is our goal to ensure you receive your products as soon as possible! Most orders are shipped out in 1-3 business days. Products are shipped as priority mail through the United States Postal Service. Once shipped, your shipment should arrive within 1-3 business days. If you need faster shipping, please contact us as it may be an additional charge. When products have been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. With larger orders, shipping may be delayed.

Returns are allowed no later than 10 days after order has been fulfilled for a store credit. If it has been more than 10 days and you have not picked up your order, a return or cancellation will not be allowed. All tags must be attached to items. All returns should be made to 609 Bradford Ave. Suite 108 Kemah, TX 77565 with your name and address. A store credit or refund will be made within 48 hours once item is received. Items must be returned in their original packaging. Items will not be credited for returns if the items smell or have visible damage to them. All sale and clearance items are non-refundable. Exchanges must be requested within 3 days after you have received your shipment. Sale and clearance items may not be exchanged.
